Post meltdown spatial needs for companies and individuals

Covid and all the regulations weather needed or not has put the world in a stressful spot. The United States seems to be having multiple issues gnawing at us creating extra tensions. One of them being, will individuals come back to the office to work or not for large companies and if they return to offices just to get out of their own homes.

My opinion of what is happening.

Small companies and larger corporations seem to be scared to recall workers as the ones that speak the loudest say they will just quit and find another 'work at home' job. But yet as I have done my own research for office space and co working space it seems to be a market place that is hot. I don't have exact numbers but it looks like its a constantly growing segment during my research period.

What is happening with our current situation.

As long as companies stand up and possibly take a stand and lose those who just want to work from home I believe the individuals that are at 'work at home' companies will continue to look for private or dedicated offices to work from. They see that working from home is not easy because of distractions. Where an individual free of commitments or very few love the concept of the freedom of working anywhere there is WiFi.

What happens to our business districts and downtowns?

Our current situation will kill these institutions on the vine or make cities less glamorous to live in as the entertainment districts, buses, trolleys, will slowly go bust not having the daily income besides other factors we are not here to discuss.

WISPG is offering 2 options!

We are offering private offices for the individual that needs less distraction and to companies that would like to reach further for new clientele or need a satellite office to meet their customers. And of course we have larger office space that we can remodel for smaller business wanting a new address or site and close access to the freeway and lots of entertainment sites in the suburbs.
